Through a 360-degree competency assessment, employees receive feedback from themselves, their managers, direct reports, team members, and peers. Combined with self-assessments, managerial evaluations, and systemic data analysis, this creates a strong foundation for employee development and career planning while guiding future talent needs.
What tools are used in the Performance and Career Management System?
The OKR system strengthens goal alignment, unites teams around a shared vision, and makes business outcomes measurable. OKRs help employees clarify priorities, track success with concrete data, and link individual contributions to organizational goals. Performance bonuses are determined based on evaluation results, ensuring fair and transparent recognition. While Sales and Marketing teams are evaluated quarterly to reflect their unique dynamics, other teams follow an annual performance review model.
Our talent management approach strategically addresses organizational sustainability and future talent needs. Each employee receives a Talent Code, generated by AI through analysis of performance results, assessments, competency profiles, and development data. This code is reviewed by HR and department managers and finalized within the corporate framework.
This approach identifies employees’ strengths, development areas, and potential for future critical roles. Employees also complete a Career Development Form to set short- and long-term goals, define development priorities, and shape their career plans. High-potential employees are prepared for future leadership roles through tailored development programs, mentoring, rotation opportunities, and digital learning tools. Thus, competencies, career paths, and contributions are managed strategically and transparently.
